Participants who complete this course will be thoroughly prepared to effectively manage, optimize, and enhance their NetSuite ERP environment. Day 1 - This course begins with Core Administration, providing foundational knowledge for configuring and managing the NetSuite environment, including system settings, user permissions, and feature preferences. It then moves into Record to Report, offering an in-depth look at financial management processes such as subsidiary structure, intercompany transactions, consolidations, general ledger, budgeting, reconciliation, and advanced financial tools like Multi-Book and allocations. Finally, the Design to Build unit focuses on NetSuite’s manufacturing and logistics capabilities, covering inventory management, demand planning, item costing, warehouse operations, and the full manufacturing process from work orders to routing.

Lead to Quote explores sales pipeline and opportunity management, with topics such as lead and prospect tracking, forecasting, estimates, opportunities, sales territories, and related activities. Order to Cash delves into customer transactions and revenue processes, including customer management, sales orders, deposits, fulfillments, invoicing, cash sales, returns, credit memos, SuiteBilling, revenue recognition, and project-based billing.

Call to Resolution delves into customer service management, covering case handling, assignment rules, territory management, and building a robust knowledge base to improve support efficiency. The Fixed Assets unit addresses the complete lifecycle of asset management, including asset proposals, creation, depreciation, transfers, splits, disposals, sales, and reporting.

SuiteCommerce focuses on building and optimizing online storefronts, covering merchandise hierarchy, promotions, search engine optimization (SEO), customer accounts, orders, item management, pricing, payments, and shipping. SuiteAnalytics provides tools for data-driven decision-making, including report building, saved searches, interactive workbooks, dashboards, and KPIs (key performance indicators). The SDN (SuiteApp Developer Network) unit introduces the NetSuite app marketplace, highlighting how to access, deploy, and manage SuiteApps using the records catalog and support records.

The Customization unit dives deep into tailoring the system to meet specific business needs through the creation of custom fields and records, workflow automation, and scripting capabilities, empowering users to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
