Solution Architecture

Building out an end to end solution is critical for the success of the project, to ensure that all areas are covered. ERP Impact has extensive experience architecting NetSuite solutions.

User Acceptance Testing

This might be the most important step in an implementation. UAT has implications behind ensuring that the system is operational, free of defects, and will meet stated business requirements. This is also a critical step in the change management process to ensure end users understand how to perform their duties and activities on day one.

NetSuite Implementation

This is where the rubber meets the road. We truly are experts in our field, and we will ensure that your NetSuite system meets your specified requirements.

Training

Our approach is to train an administrator or a few super users. This empowers your users to become champions of the system, and sets up your organization for long term success, instead of continually relying on outside support.

Data Migration

Often believed to be the easiest part of an implementation. This can often be anything but. We can help you build an Extract Transformation and Load (ETL) process, for your master data, historical trial balances, and open transactions.

Project Management

ERP Impact has experience managing projects upwards of $500,000. Our preferred methodology is Waterfall, which is a tried and true methodology in the software industry. However we can use an Agile approach when the situation calls for it. We will use project management tools from budgets and plans, to raid logs to deliver your project on time, on scope, and on budget.

Business Process Mapping

Visually mapping current business processes and contrasting to future business processes is a helpful tool for users to gain an understanding of the entire NetSuite ecosystem.

Post Go-Live Support

Our support does not end once you go live. We will be there to make sure that you are successful post implementation. Whether that means a refresher on how to do period close, or being your account administrator.

Business Requirements

Clearly documented requirements is one of the most important steps in a successful implementation. In addition, we will perform a gap analysis on the requirements which can prevent costly changes down the road.
